Upon her first visit to the CCIS, Ms. Rajashree Behera, the newly appointed Director of the Indian Cultural Centre, Colombo expressed her willingness to donate a few books to the CCIS library. Accordingly, the Director/ICC visited the College House of the University of Colombo on the 16th of January 2015 and symbolically made the donation to Dr. Kumara Hirimburegama/Vice Chancellor of the University of Colombo. Dr. Sandagomi Coperahewa, Actg. Director/CCIS was also among the present.
The CCIS is in the process of developing its library and the assistance provided by the Indian Cultural Centre is much appreciated.
