The Centre for Contemporary Indian Studies (CCIS), University of Colombo, invites academics, researchers, students, writers, translators , and artists to submit their contributions for Tagore Day 2026.
Theme: “Rabindranath Tagore: Literature, Society, Culture and Contemporary Relevance”
We welcome research papers, analytical articles, creative writing pieces, translations of poems, short stories, dramatic extracts and other creative contributions inspired by the life, works, and ideas of Rabindranath Tagore.
